Behind The Scenes

Spring is on its way and I am SO excited about it! As I prepare for the new season’s photoshoots, I wanted to invite you into the creative process.

I love colour palettes, in fact I have Pinterest boards dedicated to them – one for each season. When taking photographs I like to avoid clashing colours or too much pattern – whether this is in the outfits my clients wear or the surrounding background – as they can be distracting in an image. Creating colour palettes, from previous photographs I’ve taken, allows me to see how certain colours in each season can be used to compliment each other and the countryside that surrounds the subject I’m photographing.
