It isn’t just all about the photoshoot! Lucy looks after her clients throughout the entire experience. From the initial phone calls and Creation Call where you get to know each other, to when you meet for your Photoshoot and all the way through to your Viewing; where together albums and frames are designed for your home (future family heirlooms in waiting).
Never wanting her clients to feel unsure of the next step; she will hold your hand throughout the experience.

TO PREPARE
A photographer who will take the time to get to know you all.
Starting with an initial Enquiry Call, Lucy will run through the experience with you, answer any questions and build your bespoke experience based on the imagery you are looking for.
Once your photoshoot date(s) have been secured, a Welcome Pack will be sent out to you. Full to the brim with inspiration and information to prepare you for your photoshoot.
A few weeks before your photoshoot, you will have your Creative Call; an informal chat over the phone, on zoom or in person. Together you will discuss everything; from your dog’s favourite food to what your children dream to be when they are older. It is these little important details that allows us to capture memories and curate photographs that will resonate with you forever.
In a Rural Lifestyle photoshoot no is one left out. The grandparents, the cousins, the sheep, the cattle, even your farm cat that has to be tempted with a treat or two. Everyone in your story is welcome, this is what makes this photoshoot so special.

A relaxed ‘fly-on-the-wall’ approach, with no awkward posing. Your photoshoot will be filled with fun, laughter and natural moments.
Every photoshoot is both child and animal led; meaning that your photoshoot can work flexibly around nap and snack times, farm/estate duties, hobbies and everyday activities.
With this in mind, your photoshoot is likely to span over a couple of days; allowing the opportunity for dawn till dusk photographs to tell your family’s story without interrupting your daily routines. During your enquiry and creative calls, Lucy will discuss timings that work best for you.
Your home, lifestyle and family (both the human and animal kind) will be captured. Bringing the family together, celebrating the now and catching those magical moments.

The Viewing, held in the comfort of your own home or over Zoom if you prefer, creates the perfect opportunity to bring everyone together to view your photograph collection for the very first time. With each photograph showcased in a beautiful slideshow to music, all edited in Lucy’s signature style. An incredibly special and emotional experience, as your family’s story is played before you.
Your photographs, as high resolution digital files, are included in the shoot fee; so that you can be rest assured that you will forever have your photographs stored safely on your devices.
It is now time, to choose your family favourites – the photographs that will adorn your walls for years to come and the precious memories you wish to have displayed in a family album. Lucy will bring print, frame and album samples to your viewing; and will be able to advise, design and curate your dream wall art and family albums for your home.

Which areas do you cover?
Lucy covers all of the UK – with potential to travel worldwide.
When is the right time to have a photoshoot?
Right now. Don’t wait.
The truth is, there never will be the perfect time to book your photoshoot. There will ALWAYS be building work going on, something you wish to renovate first, or a busy season for your animals.
If we don’t capture the present now, time moves at such a speed that we will not see these moments again.
If you have any worries or concerns before booking, Lucy will be more than happy to discuss these with you.
WHAT IF IT IS RAINING ON THE DAY(S) OF MY PHOTOSHOOT?
Lucy will be in touch a few days before your photoshoot to discuss the weather conditions. If it is due to rain constantly, your photoshoot can be rescheduled to new nearby date(s). There is no extra charge for rescheduling due to bad weather.
However if showers are due, it is likely that these can be avoided during your photoshoot.
Do not worry about a bit of rain, the resulting photographs can be incredible.
